In this video I am talking about one of my home-church’s consecration declarations for 2026: I am in the Realm of Kingdom Convergence. (Matt 6:10)
Give you a biblical framework to understand convergence in terms of how heaven and earth converge as God’s will is facilitated by the work of angels.
Key Scriptures
Matthew 6:10 NKJV
“Your kingdom come. Your will be done on earth as it is in heaven.”John 1:51 NLT – Jesus is speaking to Nathaniel
“Then He (Jesus) said, ‘I tell you the truth, you will all see heaven open and the angels of God going up and down on the Son of Man, the one who is the stairway between heaven and earth.’”
Jesus references Genesis 28:10-17, where Jacob dreams of a ladder/stairway to heaven with angels ascending and descending. Jesus declares himself to be that connection, or “ladder”.
What & Why Kingdom Convergence
- Kingdom convergence is when heaven’s agenda aligns with our lives and God’s purpose is made manifest on earth.
- It’s when God’s will, our obedience, and heavenly resources intersect to produce kingdom impact.
- From the first page of Genesis to the last chapter of Revelation, God’s sovereignty over heaven and earth is evident.
- He is the Creator who spoke the world into existence.
- He designed all things with purpose.
- He directs all things toward His will so that His kingdom is established,… and His will is done on earth as it already is in heaven.
God already has the blueprint and the plan. But, He won’t force the plan on man. Every day, we are invited to align our will, our prayers, thoughts, actions, and choices with God’s will.
How we cooperate:
- Seeking Him and His will.
- Communing with Him.
- Obeying.
- Following.
- Check-ins.
- Walking by faith.
Angels help facilitate the communication, connection, and the work in heaven and on earth AS THE LORD BIDS THEM.
They go up and down, ascending and descending, between heaven and earth, carrying out God’s plans and intentions.
Angels ascend and descend
- Descend – They bring God’s will and instructions to us on earth from heaven.
- Ascend – They take our concerns, questions, and challenges from earth to God in heaven.
- Descend – They come back (descend to earth) bringing God’s answers and solutions to and for us.
This facilitates CONVERGENCE.
For Kingdom Convergence to work, we follow BY FAITH.
We allow the will of God – the DELIGHT of God – to be our highest priority and goal.
Kingdom Convergence changes YOU.
Kingdom Convergence will make you think and act differently. As life grows more complex, our need to hear God and act on His guidance becomes greater.
Angels serve as God’s messengers and agents, moving between heaven and earth to facilitate communication and the divine action of spiritual warfare.
WE MUST CHOOSE TO COOPERATE WITH HEAVEN.
Remember: angels do not obey our wishes—they execute God’s will.
Daniel 10: Angelic Help and Spiritual Warfare
In (Daniel 10): Daniel fasted for 21 days, praying and traveling for understanding about how to take care of the Children of Israel who had returned from exile and how to handle the rebuilding of the temple.
After three weeks of intense prayer an angel visited him saying:
“Do not be afraid, Daniel, for from the first day that you set your heart on understanding this and on humbling yourself before your God, your words were heard, and I have come in response to your words. 13 But the prince of the kingdom of Persia was standing in my way for twenty-one days; then behold, Michael, one of the chief princes, came to help me… 14 Now I have come to explain to you what will happen to your people in the latter days…”
The angels understood their assignments: Do God’s bidding in the heavenlies and on earth.
Daniel understood his role & responsibility: Receive the angels’ message and the ministry strength he provided, remain in prayer, and keep obeying God’s instruction, do not give-in to his own weaknesses, frailties, and DIY fixes while waiting for the full manifestation of victory.
I’m going to say it again:
Kingdom Convergence will make you think and act differently.
As life grows more complex, our need to hear God and act on His guidance becomes greater.

STUDY ON YOUR OWN – Five Angelic Encounters in Scripture
Journal about how angels showed up and how these blessed humans responded. How do their engagement with angels guide how you may engage with them?
- Jacob’s Dream (Genesis 28:12): Jacob saw angels ascending and descending a ladder to heaven, showing God’s presence and promises.
- Mary’s Announcement (Luke 1:26-38): Gabriel announces to Mary that she will conceive Jesus, facilitating God’s redemptive plan.
- Elijah’s Strength (1 Kings 19:5-8): An angel brings food and encouragement to Elijah when he is exhausted and fearful.
- Peter’s Release (Acts 12:7-11): An angel leads Peter out of prison, showing God’s power to deliver.
- Jesus in Gethsemane (Luke 22:43): An angel strengthens Jesus during His agonizing prayer before the cross.
