There sometimes are seasons of ministry that happen quietly and behind the scenes. This time, when related to transitioning into a new work, may include times when you are led by God to encourage, guide, and support others through conversations, strategic connections, and practical acts of service that may not look like traditional public ministry. This kind of hidden work is still true ministry and is necessary for building a strong, lasting work for the Lord.

  • Hidden or “covert” work can still be meaningful ministry when it is guided by God.
  • Foundational seasons are important because strong spiritual work often requires patient building before visible results appear.
  • Do not to become discouraged when the work you’re doing to establish the foundation in alignment with your calling feels quiet, slow, or out of the spotlight.
